REFUND
We offer a refund policy under certain conditions for our courses and mentorship services to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund conditions:
Online Course: If after completing the course and putting in the effort to achieve results you do not earn any income within 2 months, you may request a refund. After this period, or if you have achieved earnings, you cannot request a refund.
VIP Community and Mentorship: Due to the nature of the service, refunds for the VIP community and mentorship are not possible once you have accessed the community and/or received any mentoring session.
Refund process:
To request a refund, please contact us via email at support@cjureforex.com with proof of purchase and the reasons for the refund. All refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.
